Consistent quality, returning again

This was my third time ordering from Lilly Skin. I previously got the L'Original lingettes, and this time I decided to try the patchs yeux réutilisables. Just like my last orders, the quality is consistently good. The eye patches are comfortable and easy to clean. Delivery was a bit faster this time, arriving in 4 days compared to the 6 days for my first order. It's nice to know what to expect, and they keep delivering.

Good, easy to use wipes

I grabbed the L'Original lingette démaquillante réutilisable and it's been pretty good. Just water, like they said. Made my night routine a bit simpler, which is always a win. Took about a week to get here, no big deal.

The products feel high quality, especially the serviette cheveux microfibre. Paid around 45 euros, so I also got free shipping, which was a nice bonus. Glad I waited for the deal.

Decent product, slow shipping

I bought the kit de démaquillage and overall, I'm satisfied. The reusable wipes work well with just water, which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The brosse nettoyante visage feels good on the skin. My only real complaint was the shipping; it took longer than I expected for a domestic order, around 8 days to reach California. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but didn't offer much in terms of a solution.
